Body map, Heat Map and next-site suggestion

Tap where you injected and PinTrax records the exact spot, not a vague label like “left thigh.” 26 zones per figure, front and back, feminine and masculine. The proximity warning flags a tap within about 1.4 cm (on a 175 cm body) of any injection from the last 14 days. Heat Map shades each zone by how heavily it has been used, and the next-site suggestion points to the zone that has rested longest. A rotation score covers your last ten injections, so you can see whether you’re actually spreading them out. If tapping a precise spot is hard, Log from a list uses plain zone names instead.

Vials and pens: what’s left

Log a dose and the remaining amount updates. No separate counter to keep in sync, no drift. Vials show remaining in plain language; pens are counted in doses, because “three of four left” is the thing you need to know, not millilitres. Low warnings before you run out, an expired tag once a date has passed, and private notes for source, batch, and price, for your records only.

Schedules, reminders and titration

Daily, weekly, every few days, weekdays. Set the time and how far ahead to be reminded. Titration steps change your dose on the dates you choose, and reminders name the compound rather than saying “time for your injection.”

Running weeks on, weeks off? Set the cycle once and PinTrax computes where you are from the start date. During an off block there is nothing to dismiss and nothing nags you: reminders stop, the calendar shows the block, and adherence never counts a day you were never meant to dose. Privacy by architecture

Nothing leaves your phone.

Most health apps keep your injection history on their servers. The PinTrax app has no servers. There’s no account, no sign-up, no sync, and no analytics in the app. Your compounds, doses, notes, and photos exist in one place, on your device, and there is no version of this app that can hand them to anyone.

This marketing website is a separate thing, and it does use Google Analytics to count visits. That is the website only. It never sees your injection data, because your injection data never leaves your phone to begin with.

Not to us, not to a buyer, not to a court order. We built it so that isn’t possible rather than promising not to.

PinTrax is a privacy-first injection manager for people who use peptides and insulin, with a coordinate-level body map, reconstitution math, and no account, no cloud, and no tracking.

Frequently asked questions

PinTrax records and manages the routine you enter. It does not replace medical guidance.

What can I track in PinTrax?

The exact injection site, date and time, compound, dose, vial or pen, batch, side effects, reminders, journal notes, progress photos, and your own metrics like weight or waist. You can create custom compounds and units. Using a Zepbound single-dose vial? The vial guide covers syringe units and logging. Using a Zepbound or Mounjaro pen? The pen guide covers doses, storage and logging.

Where is my information stored?

In private storage on your phone, and nowhere else. The app has no account system, no server, and no analytics. Because there is no cloud sync, export a backup before changing or resetting your phone. (This website is separate and does use Google Analytics for visit counts; it never receives anything from the app.)

Does PinTrax tell me what to inject or how much?

No. PinTrax is a private record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend compounds, or decide your dose. Always follow qualified medical advice.

Can I bring my history from another tracker?

Yes. PinTrax imports from Shotsy, with a preview before anything is written to your record.

How is this different from the free trackers?

Most trackers record a body part name from a list. PinTrax records the exact spot you tapped, warns you when a shot is too close to a recent one, shades the map by use, and tells you which site has rested longest. The calculator handles CoA amounts, purity, reverse mode, every common syringe size, and multi-component blends. If you just want a simple log, a free tracker is fine. PinTrax is for running the whole routine.

Does it work without an account or internet connection?

Yes. The app is built to run on-device. Your records, calculator, schedules, reminders, and backups do not require a PinTrax server or a sign-in.

When is PinTrax available?

PinTrax for Android has been on Google Play since 29 September 2026. The iPhone version is submitted and in App Review.
