Support

Questions, bugs and feedback about the PinTrax app all go to one address.

Contact

Email support@pintrax.app. Three things help us answer: the app version (in Settings › About), your phone model, and what you were doing when the problem showed up.

The quickest way is from inside the app. Open Settings › Support › Send feedback and your mail app opens a message to us with the app version, phone model and OS version already in the subject line. Add what you were doing, then send. Nothing goes anywhere until you tap send.

Short answers

Where is my data kept?

On your phone and nowhere else. PinTrax has no account and no server, so we can't see your records, and we can't recover them if the app is deleted or the phone is gone. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I back up, and how do I move to a new phone?

Open Settings › Backup › Export backup, which writes one file and opens the share sheet, and send that file somewhere off the phone, like Google Drive, Dropbox or an email to yourself. On the new phone, install PinTrax and open Settings › Backup › Import backup to read the file in. Importing replaces everything already in the app.

How do I manage or cancel PinTrax Pro?

Google Play or the App Store bills the subscription, so you change or cancel it there. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends or it renews.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store, under their own rules. On Android, ask from your order history in the Play Store; on iPhone, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

I reinstalled and Pro is gone.

Pro belongs to the store account you subscribed with, not to the install. Make sure the phone is signed in to that same Google Play or Apple account, then open Settings › PinTrax Pro and tap Restore purchase. Your records are a separate matter: they come back only from a backup, as described above.
